Cheeseburgers with Jalapeño Sauce

Ingredients

• 1.1 pounds ground beef
• 1 tbsp heavy cream
• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1 onion (big, sliced as thinly as possible)
• 2 tbsp salted butter
• 4 tomato slices
• 4 iceberg lettuce leaves (torn into pieces)
• 4 slices cheddar cheese
• 4 soft buns
• 4 tbsp mayo
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 2 tbsp whisky
• 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp finely chopped jalapeños
• 1 tsp mustard
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp honey
• 2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
• ½ tsp onion powder
• 2 medium sweet potatoes (peeled and cut into 1 cm fries)
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 3 tbsp potato starch
