• lb. ground pork
• 2 T ground ginger
• 1 leek grated, grated (use just the white part)
• 2-3 scallions, grated
• 2-3 T soy sauce
• 2 T sherry
• 2 T sesame oil
• 1 tsp. salt
• ¼ tsp. white pepper
