Ingredients

• - 1 cut and washed chicken
• - 4 tablespoon olive oil
• - 1 teaspoon garlic flakes
• - 1 teaspoon parsley
• - ½ teaspoon thyme
• - ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• - 1 teaspoon crushed cumin
• - 1 teaspoon salt
• - 1 teaspoon ground green chillies
• - 3 tablespoon lemon juice
• - 1 onion, cut into rings
• - 1 cup water
• - Olives and fresh parsley for garnishing (optional)
