• Icing:
• 1/2 cup boiling water
• 5 tbsp loose Darjeeling tea
• 2/3 cup (6 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
• 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
• chopped hazelnuts, toasted
