Ingredients

• 150g Wyke Mature Cheddar, grated(plus extra for topping)
• 2 Sheets Pre-made ShortcrustPastry (approx. 320g per sheet)
• 200g Broccoli, trimmed and cutinto bite-sized pieces
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
• 2 Tbsp Wyke Unsalted Butter
• 2 Tbsp Plain Flour
• 300ml Milk
• ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
• ½ tsp Smoked Paprika (optional)
• Sea Salt and Black Pepper
• Olive Oil
