Toasty Ravioli — Olivio

Ingredients

• 2 large Tomatoes
• 1 small Onion, coarsely chopped
• 3 cloves Garlic, still in paper skin
• Olivio Buttery Spray
• 1/2 tsp Granulated Sugar
• kosher Salt
• 1 tsp dried Basil
• 1/4 tsp Red Pepper flakes
• 1 lb package fresh Ravioli (choose your favorite, 4 cheese is ours)
• 1 cup Bread Crumbs
• 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
• 3 Eggs, whisked
• 2 Tbs Milk
• 1 cup All Purpose Flour
• 3 cups Olive Oil
