Funnel Cake Recipe - What Kate Baked

Ingredients

• Oil
• 2 cups of flour
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• ¼ teaspoon of caster sugar
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 cup of milk (full fat might work better!)
• 2 medium eggs
• 2 tablespoons of melted butter
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• Any topping you like! Fresh fruit, chocolate syrup, cream – you name it!
