- 3 tablespoons vegan butter substitute (like Earth Balance), at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 ½ vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup roasted, salted peanuts, finely chopped
