• 350 g almond flour
• 225 g unsalted butter
• ½ tsp sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp vanilla bean seeds
• 1 tbsp starch
• 50 g confectioner’s sugar
• salt
• water
• unsalted butter (for greasing)
