• 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt
• 1 tablespoon 15ml Tamarind paste
• 2 Green chiles - finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon 15ml Brown sugar
• 4 tablespoons 60ml Chopped cilantro
• 1 tablespoon 15ml Corn oil
• 1 teaspoon 5ml Mustard seeds
• 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Fenugreek seeds
• 2 Dried red chiles
• 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Asafetida
