Hearty Beef Stew – Sauce Goddess

Ingredients

• 2-3 lbs stew meat, cut into 2" chunks
• 6-8 carrots cut into 1" slices or chunks
• 4 stalks celery cut into 1" thick slices
• 1 medium onion, diced into chunks
• 2 turnips, cut into 1-2" chunks
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1 28 oz can of tomatoes (whole cut in half)
• 1 cup Sherry wine (or red wine if you don't have sherry)
• 1 Tbsp + Sauce Goddess Super Chunk Steakhouse seasoning
• 2 Bay leaves
• 1 Tbsp corn starch (or gluten free flour)
• Olive oil for cooking
• Optional-
• 1 one rosemary sprig
• 1 thyme sprig
• 2 red potatoes cut into chunks the same size as the turnips
