In this clever recipe, red kidney beans are so perfectly disguised that most children won’t even realise they’re eating them.
Ingredients
- 300 g beef mince
- 150 g red kidney beans
- 50 g grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 7 tbsp whole grain spelt flour
- 2 small cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano*
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme*
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil for frying
- 300 g tomato paste
