• 125 g butter softened
• 1 egg beaten
• 1 egg yolks beaten
• 1/2 cup icing sugar sifted
• 5 tbs caster sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 2/3 cups plain flour
