Broccoli-Rice Quiche

Ingredients

• 3 c Rice cooked
• 2 pk (10-oz) frozen chopped
• 1 cn (4-oz) sliced mushrooms;
• 1/2 c Onions chopped
• 1/2 c milk
• 1 1/2 c Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 ts Salt
• 1/4 ts Pepper
• 6 Eggs
