• ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• ¼ cup (60ml) heavy cream
• ¼ cup (60ml) fresh lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons lemon zest (from about 2 large lemons)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
