Ingredients

• 2 x 200g beef rump, cut into thin strips
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 onion, finely sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 250g button mushrooms
• ½ cup beef stock
• ½ cup Meadow Fresh Sour Cream
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
• 1 lemon, rind pared and cut into fine shreds and blanched
