Wasabi and Yuzu Flavoured Deep Fried Chicken Wings - Sprig

Ingredients

• 500gms chicken wings
• 1 teaspoon Sprig wasabi powder
• Sprig Chipotle Smoked Sea salt to taste
• 3tbsps Sprigs Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
• 2 tbsps Soy sauce
• 1 Teaspoon Sprigs Yuzu Extract
• 3 cups approx All purpose flour
• 2 to 3 eggs.
• 3 cups Rolled Oats
• 2 cups of Vegetable Oil for deep frying
• 4 tbsps. Mayonnaise
• 1tbsp of Ginger Teriyaki
• 1 drop of Yuzu Extract
• 1/4 th Teaspoon Wasabi Powder
