Sweet and tangy, yummy Russian recipe my grandmother made. It’s fast, inexpensive, very easy to make and will become a fav. quick meal.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. Kielbasa
- 2 c. or 1 sm. package, jar or can sauerkraut - well drained
- 1 med. onion, finely chopped (about 1 c.)
- 1 sm. (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1 T. butter (can use margarine)
- 3/4 c. water
