Thukpa(Tibetan noodles soup--a one pot meal)

Ingredients

• 1 packet Egg Noodles
• 200 gm Chicken with bones
• 10 cloves Garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp Ginger grated
• 1 cup green bell peppers
• 1 cup red bell peppers
• 1/2 cup carrots
• 1 cup potatoes
• 1/2 cup Spring onions(finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp Soy sauce
• Vinegar ((1 tbsp))
• Green chilies ((2 finely chopped))
• Black pepper crushed ((1 tsp))
