Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 2 cups whole milk
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tablespoons dried lavender buds
• 1/3 cup whole coffee beans
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1-2 drops purple food coloring, optional for the “lavender” color
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks (or chips)
• 1, 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
• 4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped into chunks
