Ingredients

• 7 Lbs tomatoes
• 1 Tbsp cloves
• 1 Tbsp chillies
• 1 Tbsp allspice
• ¼ cup black pepper
• 125g or ½ cup salt
• 4 cups Chelsea White Sugar
• 1 qrt vinegar
• 6 large onions
• 3 large apples
