• 4 Cups Water
• 2 Cups Sweet Potato Orzo
• 1 Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
• 1 Tablespoon Butter
• 1 Large Sweet Potato, peeled and diced to 1/2"
• 1 Large Red Pepper, diced
• 1 Jalapeño Pepper, seeded and diced
• 1 Cup Crisp Bacon, cooked and chopped
• 1 1/4 Cups Heavy Cream
• 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
• 1 Teaspoon Smoked Hot Paprika
• 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
