  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder; (use gluten-free if following a gluten-free diet)
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup (113 g; 1 stick) cold unsalted butter, grated with a box grater
  • Heaping ¾ cup (85 g) toasted walnuts, (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup (100g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup (165g) firmly packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) lactose free milk or low FODMAP milk alternative
  • 1 cup (280 g) low FODMAP strawberry jam
