Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons butter
• ½ cup ground beef
• ½ cup dry white wine
• 4 tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tablespoons flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• Pinch of Nutmeg
• 1 small carrot
• 1 onion
• 1 celery stalk
• 2 ounces prosciuto
• 1 ounce dried mushrooms (soaked for one hour, then parboiled and sliced)
• 1 pound beef
• 2 tablespoons basil
• ½ cup chopped onion
• 2 cups water
• 2, 6 ounce cans tomato paste
• Pepper, parsley
• 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
• 6 tablespoons butter
