• 1 pint plain greek yogurt
• 1 seedless cucumber, unpeeled
• 1 T. plus 1/2 t. salt
• 1/2 c. sour cream
• 1 T Champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
• 2 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 T. olive oil
• 1 1/2 t. minced garlic
• 1 1/2 t. minced fresh dill
• pinch pepper
