Ingredients

• 400g casarecce or other short pasta
• 2 zucchini, cut into 1/2 cm thick rounds
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
• 200g cherry tomatoes
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 cup pine nuts
• 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• 2 kale leaves, washed, trimmed and shredded
• 3/4 cup Bulla Cooking Cream
• 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable stock
• 2 Tbsp finely grated parmesan
• 2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
