Ingredients

• 3 tbsp butter, melted
• 6 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup caramel bits (or 6 unwrapped caramels)
• 1 tbsp heavy cream
• flaky sea salt
