Ingredients

• 1 packet of rolled out pizza dough
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp butter
• 2 white onions, thinly sliced
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 230g of sliced mushrooms
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 30g of spinach leaves
• 150g of shredded mozzarella
• 40g of parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp of chopped fresh thyme leaves
• A pinch of salt
