Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c. cooked or canned sweet potatoes
• 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
• 1/4 c. ALAGA Cane Syrup
• 3 T. butter or margarine
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 3 eggs, separated
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 c. milk
• 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
