Ingredients

• 1 gallon Water
• 1 pack Sichuan Based SOup
• 2 cups Napa cabbage, cut to bite pieces
• 2 cups Oyster Mushrooms, Genty Shredded
• 1 cup Enoki Mushrooms, Remove Stems
• 1 1/2 cups Ronfu Mushrooms, Remove Stems
• 10 pieces Shiitake Mushrooms, Remove Stems
• 1 lb Beef, Thinly sliced
• 2 cups Firm Tofu, Cut into Squares
• 1 cup Bacon, Cut into bite-size pieces
• 1 1/2 cup Rice Cake
• 2 pieces Corm, Cut into 4equal pieces
• 1 cup Carrots, Cut Diagonally
• 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
• 1/4 cup White Vinegar
• 1 tbsp Korean Radish, Grated
• 2 tbsp Yellow Onion, Minced
• 1 tbsp Lemon
• 1 pinch Salt
