The holidays are just around the corner and we're having some people over to celebrate. So we're going to make that brunch favorite - meat lover's egg casserole!
Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1.5 tsp ground mustard powder
- 3 cups milk of choice
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 3 slices sourdough bread
- .5 lbs cooked, diced ham
- .5 lbs cooked, drained sausage
- .25 cup chopped green onions
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lbs cooked, chopped bacon
- smoked paprika
- fresh parsley
