Moist buttermilk blueberry scone cookies (aka scookies) served with a sweet and tart mixed berry drizzle sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar + 1 tbl (divided)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup salted butter cut in cubes
- 1 beaten egg
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 cup each fresh blueberries & raspberries (if out of season, use frozen)
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
- 4 Tbl. (heaping) Bonne Maman® Mixed Berries Preserves
