- 12.7 oz (360g) All purpose flour
- 0.08 oz (2.5g) Salt
- 0.25 oz (7g) Baking powder 
- 1 lb Luker Palenque 70% Dark Chocolate
- 100g White Chocolate Confectionery Coating, melted
- 5g Cocoa Butter, melted
- 5g Dreidoppel Espresso Flavor Paste (or another flavor of your choice).
