• 1 large onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 unit carrots, sliced
• 2 unit potatoes, cubed
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 cup red wine
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp rosemary
• to taste Salt and pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil
