Ratatouille Has Got Nothing On Me - Lamattina
How many of you first heard of the classic French side dish ratatouille through the Pixar film... then went on to actually try the dish?
Ingredients
- 1x Lamattina Celery Heart
- 150ml oil
- 1x onion, diced
- 75g chorizo sausage
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 300ml white wine
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 bunch basil leaves
