• 1 red onion, finely chopped
• 2 cups walnuts
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp taco seasoning
• 1 tbsp avocado oil

• 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tbsp bottled lime juice
