Roast mushroom and truffle pizza recipe

Ingredients

• 100 ml good-quality olive oil
• 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 500 g chestnut mushrooms, finely sliced
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tbsp plain (all-purpose) flour
• 1 ball of Neapolitan pizza dough
• 4 –5 basil leaves
• 1 handful Parmesan, for grating
• 1 tbsp good-quality olive oil
• 80 g fior di latte mozzarella, torn or sliced
• 1 tbsp white truffle oil
