- White vinegar 1/4 cup
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Sugar (heaped) 1 tsp
- Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Cabbage (finely sliced) 4 tbsp
- Carrots (finely chopped) 3 tbsp
- Corn flour as needed
- Egg 1
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (to sprinkle on top)
