Pastry Pizza - Pastry Slice | The Usual Saucepans

Ingredients

• 1 pack of ready-rolled puff pastry (usually about 375g)
• 4 tbsp pesto
• 10-15 cherry tomatoes
• 1 red pepper
• 1 clove of garlic (if you are not using homemade pesto)
• 1/2 a red onion
• 1/2 ball of mozzarella (or treat yourself, use a whole one!)
• salt and pepper
• basil leaves to decorate (optional)
