- 1 pack of ready-rolled puff pastry (usually about 375g)
- 4 tbsp pesto
- 10-15 cherry tomatoes
- 1 red pepper
- 1 clove of garlic (if you are not using homemade pesto)
- 1/2 a red onion
- 1/2 ball of mozzarella (or treat yourself, use a whole one!)
- salt
- pepper
- basil leaves to decorate (optional)
