- 1 tsp Dhaniya (coriander) powder
- 1 tsp Haldi (turmeric) powder
- 1 tsp Jeera (cumin) powder
- ¼ tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Methi (fenugreek) leaves
- Handful of fresh/frozen Dhaniya
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
