- 6 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 1½ cups)
- ⅓ cup sliced green onions (with tops)
- ¼ cup sliced pitted ripe olives
