- Make the ice cream using a 1 1/2 quart ice cream machine
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 Tbsp plus
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
