Ingredients

• Glaze:
• 3/4 C ketchup
• 2 t horseradish
• 1 t cumin
• 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
• meatloaf
• 1/4 C oats
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/4 C milk
• 2 t salt
• 1 t each of pepper, cayenne pepper and cumin
• 1 small onion quartered
• 1 carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
• 1/2 rib celery cut into chunks
• 2 cloves garlic
• 21/2 lbs. ground chuck
• 1 t dried parsley
• 1 t dried thyme
