Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour; 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt; 3 eggs; 2 cups sugar; 1 cup canola (or vegetable oil); 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 4 cups peeled, cored, and chopped apples (That's about 3 apples. I used Granny Smith.); 3/4 cups pecans; 8 ounces cream cheese (softened); 1/2 cup butter (softened); 3 cups confectioners' sugar; 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon; Thin apple slices and chopped pecans for garnish
