Ingredients
- 500 grams ground beef
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 handful of chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon harissa
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 200 grams sour cream
- 1 whole cucumber
- handful of fresh dill
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
