• 1/2 cup Half-and-half cream
• 1/2 cup Grated Parmisan cheese
• 2 cans (13.5 oz) Spinach Drained
• 4 ounces Fresh mushrooms Sliced
• 2/3 cups Bacon bits
• 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Shredded
