• ½ cup of Sugar (plus a tbsp for Icing)
• ½ cup of Butter
• 1.5 cups of Plain Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp of Lemon Zest
• 2 Eggs
• ½ cup of Milk
• Tiptree Lemon Curd
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
