Spinach Squares - Farm Monitor

Ingredients

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 12-ounce package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and well drained - best method is to squeeze the water out)
