Ingredients

• 1 small can lima beans
• 1 medium can kidney beans, drained
• 1 medium can corn niblets, drained
• 1 small can green beans, drained
• 1 red pepper, cut in strips
• ¼ cup corn oil
• 1 Jalapeno pepper, very finely chopped
• 2 tbsp. soya sauce
• 2 tbsp. Ancestral vinegar
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• salt and pepper
• fresh parsley
